“DARE TO DREAM”

INTRODUCTION TO MODELING FOR PRE-TEENS

Class Length: 4 hours

Class Size: 6-8 students

Level: Beginning

This 4-hour workshop provides instruction designed just for the “pre-teen” in mind. You will have fun while learning the basics of all three major areas of the modeling and talent industry.

You will learn:

Fashion runway basics geared for a junior model image.

What it’s really like behind the scenes of a live fashion show, with outfit changes (bring an extra outfit and pair of shoes)

The basics of photo posing for photography modeling -- using props and role playing like they do at a real photo shoot

Some fun on-camera techniques for TV commercials

You will get:

Individual workbooks provided for course study and future reference
Videotaped and critiqued in a non-threatening manner to help you prepare for what to expect in this industry.
A chance to perform in front of a live camera, video taped
A personal, constructive critique to help you prepare for what to expect in this industry.

"Introduction to Modeling"

class Length: 4 hours

Class Size: 6-8 students

Level: Beginning

This workshop is chock full of hands-on instruction where you learn what a working model needs to know.

You will have the opportunity to observe and interact with a real commercial model. You will be videotaped and critiqued in a non-threatening manner to help you find out what your niche market is. Personal attention is assured with the limited class sizes.

Perfect for ages 14 and up.

You will learn:

How to make a positive first impression
How to market your modeling skills
The different types of modeling options available to you
Introduction to runway modeling basics
Model’s walk
Right & left model stances
What to include in a model bag
Fashion show guidelines
Runway video critique
Basic photo posing techniques for photographic modeling
Studio etiquette
Who’s who at the photo shoot
Modeling terms
TV commercials and on camera basics
